IIT-JEE Result to be declared on 18th May 2012
Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) is going to declare the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Results 2012 on the website. The examination took place on April 8 for around 1067 centers across country. This year around 5.6 lakh students appered in the examination for the admission in one of the 15IIT's this year including IITs are IIT-Bhubaneshwar, IIT-Bombay, IIT-Delhi, IIT-Gandhinagar, IIT-Guwahati, IIT-Hyderabad, IIT-Indore, IIT-Kanpur, IIT-Kharagpur, IIT-Madras, IIT-Mandi, IIT-Patna, IIT-Rajasthan, IIT-Roorkee, IIT-Ropar. However many other insitutes also select the candidates based on their score in IIT JEE.
Please note that the ranking of only those candidates will appear who have attempted both the paper. This year around 2 questions were incorrect for which the institute has given zero marks to all.
however the answer key for both paper-I & Paer II with the question wise performamce is available on the official website of http://jee.iitm.ac.in. Candidates can also receive the result through e-mail by registering their e-mail address on the link given below.
